Return Authorization Number Required for Warranty Service
Due to the number of returns with no defect found, prior to a DVR being returned, an installer must speak to one of our Technical Service Support Representatives who will issue a code for an RMA number if a return/replacement is warranted. This will ensure that the installation goes smoothly and will save a trip back to a distributor to replace a DVR that may not be necessary. Obviously this will save time, money, and energy for all parties concerned.
